William “Bill” Sauls is Of-Counsel at Hoffman Forde. Since 1981, Mr. Sauls has been representing clients in the field of estate planning, tax, and business law. He advises clients on a broad range of matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, trust administration, individual taxation, business law, and corporate formation and planning. He believes in integrity, quality, and personal service, and dedicates his practice to meeting the individual needs of each client.
Education and Experience
Mr. Sauls completed degrees in law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with a B.S. in 1977 and a Juris Doctorate in 1980. Concentrating in the areas of estate planning and business law, he is a well-recognized member of the San Diego legal community. Mr. Sauls is active with the Business Law, Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law sections of the San Diego County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
Additional Information
Mr. Sauls relocated to San Diego in 1976 to pursue a law career. He lives in San Diego with his wife and has two grown children.
