Education and Experience
During law school, Mr. Seper was elected President of the Christian Legal Society, started the campus branch of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and proudly interned in the legal affairs office of the state’s most diverse school district. Clients and colleagues recently nominated Mr. Seper as a Lawyer of Distinction; he was accepted into this elite group of attorneys because of his ethics, candor, and thoroughness.
Mr. Seper continues to evolve with the law and society, recently taking courses in OSHA Guidance on Return to the Workplace, NFTs and the Law, and Airbnb/VRBO Developments offered through the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Seper also has represented Corporations, undocumented persons, a Hall of Fame Football player, minors, trust entities, and the criminally accused in open court.

Additional Information
Before law school, Mr. Seper served the state of California as an EMT-Paramedic. Legal clients now enjoy the same preparation, communication, and compassion that Mr. Seper developed in emergency medicine. Overall, Mr. Seper enjoys spending time in nature, volunteering with Meals on Wheels of San Diego County, and is an active member of his church.
