Nicholas Kritikos is an Associate at Hoffman Forde. His practice areas include general civil litigation, mortgage litigation, commercial real estate financing, and transactions. Mr. Kritikos also practices real estate disputes, including lender and servicer liability matters.
Education and Experience
Mr. Kritikos earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law in May of 2015. During law school, he remained active with Sigma Phi Epsilon as an alumni advisor and joined multiple student organizations. Additionally, he worked as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, working on various issues including qui tam actions, medical malpractice, and SNAP violations. Mr. Kritikos received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside in 2011. He is licensed to practice law in California, is a member of the State Bar of California, and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Mr. Kritikos is a first-generation Greek-American and is fluent in Greek. He is active in the local Greek community and enjoys playing soccer on a weekly basis.
