Mia Kelly is Senior Counsel at Hoffman Forde, where she focuses on real estate litigation and general civil litigation. With over two decades of legal experience and a deep understanding of the Southern California market, Ms. Kelly provides thoughtful, solution-driven guidance to her clients in real estate and civil matters.

Education and Experience

Ms. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. She received her Juris Doctor in 2001 from Syracuse University College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in both California and New York.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Kelly shares her litigation experience as a Guest Lecturer at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she teaches in the Trial Advocacy Program.

Ms. Kelly is committed to serving the San Diego community through ongoing volunteer work. She is a current Board Member of Voices for Children and an active member of Las Patronas. She has also served on the boards of The Preuss School at UC San Diego and The Gillispie School in La Jolla.
