Shelly Ann Stewart is a Junior Associate at Hoffman Forde. Her practice areas include real estate transactions, real estate litigation and civil defense litigation.
Education and Experience
Ms. Stewart earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from California Western School of Law in 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, HR specialization. As a law student, she earned a merit-based scholarship, made the Dean’s List, and was awarded academic excellence certificate for Contracts and Law Office Technology courses. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for Honorable Linda Lopez, federal Judge for the Southern District of California. Shelly also served as the Chair of the Representatives for the School Bar Association. She enjoyed her time at the Community Law Project serving low-income and indigent communities. Shelly enjoys mentoring young girls and volunteering at the local food bank.
Ms. Stewart’s passion for the law started in her MBA program when she wrote a paper on gender discrimination in the workplace. She grew a penchant for Real Estate law after her first-year property class and subsequent commercial real estate transaction class.
